I had a great stay at a hotel in Kusatsu with a beautiful view of the ski slopes. The bath was relaxing and the adjustable-hue lighting in the room was a nice touch. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to the ski slopes and bus terminal, which was convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for rooms that are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service during our stay. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as comfortable beds and a stunning mountain view, added to our overall satisfaction. Additionally, the location of the hotel, being on the top of a hill and close to the Kusatsu onsen bus terminal, made it convenient for us to explore the area.
The only minor issue we encountered was that some areas of the hotel appeared slightly outdated. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience, as everything else was up to standard.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The comfort of the room, cleanliness, parking, and hotel facilities were exceptional. The hotel offers a free onsen with a natural forest view which was a great experience. Another great aspect was the breakfast and dinner that was included in the price and exceeded our expectations. The staff was very helpful and accommodating for our transportation needs, and the location was in the area but not in the central city.
Cannot find any fault.

We had a wonderful time during our romantic escape. The hotel has stunning views of the mountains from the upper floors and the beautiful park behind it. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to the Yubatake in just 10 minutes. The spacious room with its comfortable bed and Yukata made our stay all the more enjoyable. Plus, we loved the Onsen, which was a great way to relax and unwind.
We had to rent towels, and there was no shampoo or shower gel available. the staff had limited English, making communication a bit challenging.

This hotel offers great value for money with spacious rooms and stunning views. The staff is helpful and accommodating, and the basic amenities are sufficient. The location, although not in the center area, is convenient as it is within walking distance to the Kusatsu onsen bus terminal.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is located on top of a steep hill, making it hard to access by foot. the rooms are old, outdated, and noisy. the breakfast service is mediocre, with low-quality coffee and limited options. the location is far from the city centre and Kusatsu onsen bus terminal, causing inconvenience without a car.
The hotel's room amenities are limited, as there are no hair dryers in the rooms and the onsen must be accessed outside of the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the price for the room was incredibly reasonable and provided excellent value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive with actual beds and a great view of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and filling, giving me the perfect start to the day. I also loved the location of this hotel, situated on top of a hill with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature.
All aspects of this hotel were exceptional.
